Amo New Testament (AMODWC)
Overview
The Amo New Testament is a 2020 translation of the 27 books of the New Testament into the Amo language of Nigeria, produced by the Door43 World Missions Community. [1] Door43 is a collaborative platform for creating unrestricted biblical content, and this translation was carried out by a team of contributors including ALHASSAN SUDA, Chrispher Ishaya, Kawusu David, Pungs Makarios, and Zephaniah A. Isau, among others. [1] The Amo people, numbering approximately 25,000, live primarily in Plateau and Kaduna states of Nigeria. [2]
