The 2007 Easy-to-Read Version in Southern Hindko is a New Testament translation produced by the World Bible Translation Center (now Bible League International). It is part of the Easy-to-Read Version (ERV) program, which aims to produce Scripture in clear, simple language at approximately a third-grade reading level, using short sentences and everyday vocabulary. [1] The ERV has been translated from English into over 60 languages worldwide, with this edition serving the Hindko-speaking communities of northern Pakistan. [1] The text is written in Latin script and contains 27 books of the New Testament.
