The New Testament in Hrê (HREWBT)
Overview
The Bible in Hrê was published in 2014 by Literacy and Evangelism International, copyrighted by Wycliffe Bible Translators. [1] Despite the title referencing the New Testament, this edition contains 67 books including the Old Testament. Bible portions were available from 1967 through 1975, with a New Testament completed by 1993. [2] The Hrê are an ethnic minority group in Vietnam’s central highlands, primarily in western Quảng Ngãi and Bình Định provinces.
