Vidunda New Testament (VIDWFW)

Overview

The Vidunda New Testament was published in 2014 by Pioneer Bible Translators as the first Scripture in the Vidunda language, spoken by approximately 12,000 people in Tanzania — one of the smallest language communities in the PBT/TWFTW cluster project. ^[1] Michael Barton serves as translation facilitator for Vidunda, working with three national translators who were trained by The Word for the World. ^[2] It was part of a cluster of ten Tanzanian translation projects launched between 2006 and 2007. ^[1]
